Choose Google on the sign-in page. Use the same Google account each time. Existing linked polls and membership stay with your Truedo account. If an account-link warning appears, contact support; do not delete either account.
Phone verification
After Google sign-in, confirm your display name and accept the rules, then continue to phone verification. Choose your own country code and enter your number. Wait for the SMS and enter its code only on Truedo. Do not share it with support. A verified number is not requested again for normal participation.
Connection or loading problem
Use Retry once on the connection screen. Check your internet connection, allow required site cookies, and temporarily disable a content blocker for Truedo if it blocks verification. Do not delete your account or clear all browser data. If the problem remains, email support with the visible error and your browser name, without passwords or codes.
My poll is waiting
Open My topics to see the publication status. New polls and suggested choices go through automatic safety checks. Straightforward checks aim to finish quickly, but uncertain results or unavailable services can take longer. Editing an unclear draft can help. Support cannot promise a publication time or bypass review.
Add a choice
Open the poll and choose Add a choice. This is available when the creator allows member contributions and space remains within the total choice limit. Suggestions are checked before appearing. Existing choices and votes are preserved.
Voting
Verify your phone before voting. Polls with 2–5 choices allow one selection; polls with 6–9 allow up to two different selections. A person still counts as one participant. Closed polls or polls still collecting choices cannot accept votes.
Privacy and sharing
Share uses a Truedo cover without revealing the poll creator outside the site. Profile privacy and anonymous posting are managed in Profile. Profiles without a birth date remain private by default. Never include private details in poll text or a support question.
Email notifications
Open Profile, then Manage notifications and choose your preferences. Delivery also requires the site’s email service to be connected. Saving a preference does not prove an email was delivered. Check spam if a message is expected. For help write to support@truedo.one.
