Account and data deletion
Last updated: 2026-10-16Request in the application
Sign in to Truedo. Open Delete account in Data and privacy, read the explanation and complete the confirmation. Download my data lets you obtain a copy of your own data beforehand.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@truedo.one from your account’s verified email address to request account/data deletion. Do not send passwords, SMS codes or secret keys. Account ownership is verified to prevent unauthorized deletion.
What deletion covers
Truedo removes the profile and published content and deletes votes and related member records. Normal account deletion releases the linked phone digest. Limited security/moderation records and provider backups may not disappear immediately. Deleting Truedo does not delete your Google account. Manage your Clerk sign-in account and Google connection permissions separately through those providers’ account settings.
